Breathwork
Breathwork is an active meditation technique that uses the breath to clear the body and nervous system of emotional debris. When we use the breath as a tool to access our subconscious, we can change our relationship to our wounds, freeing ourselves from the mental/emotional patterns and societal conditioning that can keep us limited in our lives.
