Ancient Growth is a multi-day destination retreat held on a secluded Mendocino property surrounded by old-growth redwoods, abundant gardens, and the wild beauty of the Northern California Coast. Beneath the vast canopy of these ancient trees, you will encounter a living wisdom of endurance, interdependence, and the kind of growth that arises slowly, through relationships and deep roots. Our time together unfolds as a ceremonial journey shaped by meaningful inner exploration alongside pleasure, creativity, adventure, deep rest, and companionship. You will explore the many forms of inheritance you carry- the strengths passed through your lineage, the stories that shaped you, the places that formed you, and the longings seeking expression through you- creating a personal map of what you wish to carry forward and the new patterns you are ready to cultivate. Through ceremony, guided reflection, somatic practice, storytelling and extended time in nature, you will create space for restoration, beauty, connection and to meet what is ready to emerge.
Throughout the retreat you will received personal care through private sessions of customized herbal baths, reiki facials, energetic re-attunement, oracle readings, and threshold guidance with Eve and Meredith. You will compose botanical anointing oils, bind journals by hand, pour intention-infused candles, and create fresh-flower lineage bouquets from the garden's abundance. Journeys into the wider landscape will carry you to wild beaches for elemental ceremony, to the river and sauna for deep replenishment, and onto horseback for a meditation on trust and embodied presence. All of this is woven with seasonal nourishment, intimate circles of witnessing, and the restoration of belonging ~ to yourself, to your lineage, and to the living world.
