November 15th, 2pm at Godmothers Bookstore, Summerland
A workshop on embracing stillness to foster growth.
As the days grow shorter and the natural world turns inward, we’re given a rare opportunity to step out of the momentum of everyday life and listen more closely—to ourselves, to what's ending, and to what's quietly beginning.
In this immersive workshop in the lead-up to winter, Eve Gaines, founder of Rituel, a land-based sanctuary for healing and renewal, will explore the ancient traditions and practices that have long honored the darkest time of year as a season of reflection.
Through historical context, sensory experiences, guided reflection, and ritual practice, participants will explore ceremonies that honor stillness and the planting of seeds for all that is yet to arrive.
This is an opportunity to pause before the year rushes forward—to honor the wisdom of stillness and reconnect with your inner knowing.
Come ready to slow down, listen deeply.
