Reiki Facial

The Reiki Facial with Reiki Master Meredith Markworth-Pollack is an energetic treatment that exemplifies the connection between our inner wellbeing and our outer reflection through the portal of our skin. She combines the principles of Reiki and Craniosacral work with holistic skin techniques including gua-sha, lymphatic massage and red light therapy. The treatment works to relieve stress and trauma we hold in our face, neck, head and scalp and serves as a deeply nurturing reset of the nervous system and physical tensions. Working with our upper chakras - the heart, throat, third eye and crown, the offering begins with an energetic alignment from sound and grounding on the BioMat Amethyst Crystal bed. The treatment combines facial reiki with a rose quartz stone mask, gua-sha, dry brushing, lymphatic drainage and scalp massage. The session ends with twenty minutes under the LightSim LED Elipsa accompanied by full body Reiki. Leave feeling calm, lifted and glowing.
