Breath, Sound, Scent + Living Regeneration - Sunday, February 15th

Join us for a unique inner journey through breath and sound with Carly Jo Carson, deepened by the medicinal essences of plants, artfully blended by Leanne Hirsh of Perfumera Curandera, and supported by herbal rest beds curated by Eve Gaines of Rituel—to invite deep communion, relaxation, and release.

Carly Jo has chosen the Rituel Nature Refuge to debut her newest music—born from the ashes of losing her home in the Palisades Fire—because this land, too, rests within the burn zone. Here, together, we can feel the vibrant regrowth rising from the scorched mountaintop, a living reflection of resilience.

She will be introducing a new, more contemplative style of journeying—an offering to help us integrate the shifts we are all experiencing.

Rituel Nature Refuge will provide everything you need to enjoy this experience: mats, blankets, and pillows. If you’d like, you can also bring:

  • Warm layers (the temperature drops significantly after sunset)

  • An extra sheepskin or blanket — this is a fully immersive journey, and comfort is essential

  • A journal for reflections

About Carly Jo Carson

Carly Jo Carson is a mother, artist, and journey designer based in Topanga Canyon. She is passionate about sharing the tools she has gathered and refined through navigating the waves of life, expressed through her healing sound design.

Her guided journeys invite participants to witness the beauty that continually arises within life’s natural cycles of expansion and contraction, death and rebirth. These offerings serve as pathways for shifting authority from the mind to the heart, opening connection to a power greater than ourselves, and awakening infinite creativity.

Each journey is intended to be experienced in environments that nurture deep listening—on mountaintops, across open seas, and beneath the stars.

About Leanne Hirsh

Founded and created by Leanne Hirsh, Perfumera Curandera was inspired from over 25 years of traveling to the Amazon rainforest and Andean mountains with her Peruvian husband, through their extensive studies with Curanderos (shamanic keepers of the ancient healing knowledge of sacred teacher plants)

Leanne has over 3 decades of an illustrious career as an internationally renowned make up artist for the fashion and beauty industry and recently won an Emmy for “BEST MAKE UP “in 2023 for her celebrity client Jada Pinkett Smiths hit talk show “RED TABLE TALK”
