Mindfulness Meditation
Mindfulness means coming back to the present moment again and again with a sense of curiosity and kindness. When we activate our awareness in this way, unhooking from the stories, judgments, memories, and limitations of the thinking mind, we can transform our neural pathways, unlearn the untrue messaging we inherited from past trauma, and thereby open to more abundance, love, belonging and joy.
