Our Balanced and Empowered Female Leadership Immersion is one of our favorite offerings at RITUEL. This immersion is designed for women who are in positions of leadership who are committed to navigating their path and guiding others with openhearted compassion and integrity.
THE DETAILS: The immersion is comprised of series of 4 group circles, and can be enhanced with weekly one-on-one coaching sessions. These will be held once a month in person. These sessions run for approximately 3 hours and will meet on Saturday mornings at 10am The cost of the group immersion program is $550.
Eve Gaines, the founder of RITUEL, will guide this immersion, in collaboration with incredible guest facilitators who will share invaluable expertise.
ONE-ON-ONE SESSIONS: Additionally, you can book one-on-one sessions with Eve Gaines — working together privately allows the immersion experience to be even more customized and to truly work its alchemy on your life. One-on-one sessions are $270 per session and 90 minutes in length. They can be held either in-person or virtually and are scheduled privately.
THE PROGRAM:
Session One - AUTHENTICITY - to lead we must know and trust ourselves, release hinderances and blockages that inhibit self expression or diminish courage and confidence.
Includes a Ceremony for Deep Release with Ali Ofstedal - quantum healer & somatic practitioner.
Session Two - VALUES - explore the personal guiding principles and ideals that keep you oriented and assist you in navigating your leadership path.
We will investigate how correlating personal values to the sacred directions can serving as a compass for your life.
Session Three - NEW PARADIGMS - female leadership is founded in principles and operating systems that are generative, co-creative, life enhancing and self-sustaining.
Includes guidance and exercises in Untamed Writing with Dana Childers - esteemed coach, lawyer, memoir writer and former producer of several TEDx Women’s conferences.
Session Four - BLAZING YOUR TRAIL - set your sights on where you wish to go and receive support in mapping out a path toward your ideal future.
Co facilitated by Trinity Rose - creative director, brand strategist, business coach and Brand Director of Rituel & a Culmination Ceremony to conclude the program.
