Rituelist Immersion
This is an opportunity to apprentice in the art of ritual. Ritual is a meaningful and supportive symbolic language through which we deepen our understanding of ourselves, connect with others in community, engage with the rhythms of nature, cultivate our relationship with our ancestry and commune with the cosmos.
Eve Gaines, whose reverence for ritual traditions and love of designing ceremonial experiences inspired her to found Rituel, will lead this immersion. She holds an honors degree in medical and psychological anthropology with a focus in rites and rituals and has studied with elders from a myriad of cultures. Eve will share her own wisdom and also pass down knowledge from her teachers.
Through this immersion you will learn about traditional ritual practices as well as how to create meaningful rituals of your own that resonate with your personal path, ancestry and the place where you make your home. You will also enhance your understanding of the vital role ritual plays in personal and collective growth and evolution.
You will emerge from this experience changed and enlivened, with a deeper connection to engaging in ritual as a creative practice, a way to interact with and impact the world around you, to honor personal, seasonal and collective passages and to infuse your life with ever more beauty, meaning and purpose.

THE DETAILS: This Immersion includes an initial one-on-one intake session, followed by a series of 4 in person group sessions. The upcoming group session dates are August 24th, September 28th, October 26th and November 16th. The group sessions will be held in person in Las Flores Canyon.
These sessions run for 3 hours and will meet on Saturdays at 10am —the intake session will be scheduled privately prior to the initial group session. The cost of the immersion program is $770.
Eve Gaines, the founder of RITUEL, will guide this immersion. Eve is a seasoned ceremonialist, who has a long-standing reverence for ritual traditions and a deep love of designing ceremonial experiences that help guide people across thresholds in their lives.
ONE-ON-ONE SESSIONS: You will be supported by complementary 30 minute bi-weekly check-ins with Eve during the course of this immersion — Meeting privately allows the immersion experience to be even more customized and to truly work its alchemy on your life. Additional, if you would like to book full one-on-one sessions, these are $270 they are 90 minutes and can be held virtually or in-person.
THE PROGRAM:
Session 1 - REMEMBRANCE : Theory and Practice
Calling in the Sacred. - We will examine the historical and personal significance of rituals, especially for women, and the concept of Original Medicine, focusing on uncovering and sharing our unique gifts. We will discuss the use of ceremonial tools for cleansing and creating sacred spaces and the significance of grounding, cleansing and invoking.. The session highlights the importance of ceremonies in marking life's transitions and fostering personal and spiritual growth. Participants will also be guided in the ritual practice of creating their own altars to honor the sacred.
Session 2 - RECONNECTION : Sense of Place
Journey into the Medicine Garden - In this session we focus on learning about the native plants that grow in this beautifully region we call home. You will learn to identify, explore the used of various plants and harvest responsibly. We will also explore how our sense of place helps inform the rituals we create and I will pass along teachings from some of my most revered mentors about traditional healing practices. We will also create several different kinds of herbal medicine to take home with you.
Session 3 - RENEWAL : Intuition, Origins and Attraction
Sacred Roots + Intuitive Guidance - This session invites you to deepen your connection with your inner guidance and ancestral roots through the power of ritual. Hone your ablility to attune to your intuition, embrace ancestral practices, and explore traditions that resonate with you, all while maintaining cultural sensitivity and reciprocity. This session emphasizes fostering healing connections with your lineage, navigating spiritual relationships responsibly, and honoring your unique path. It will include a guided meditation and sound journey.
Session 4 - REINVENTION : Design and Innovate
Weaving Wisdom and Celebrating Growth - Culminate your journey by designing a ritual that you feel ready to enact and lead, sharing your unique vision with the group in our final session. Together, we will preview these personal rituals and co-create a closing ceremony, weaving together our collective wisdom and magic. This collaborative celebration will honor our shared experiences and the growth we've achieved, leaving you empowered and inspired to continue your sacred practices.
