Held at the Rituel Nature Refuge, this Therapeutic Day offers individualized care within a calm, unhurried container, allowing renewal to unfold with ease and clarity.

What This Therapeutic Day Includes

Each participant will receive:

  • A Reiki Facial
    A deeply restorative facial experience that combines gentle touch with reiki energy work, supporting relaxation, circulation, and subtle energetic alignment. This offering is designed to soothe the nervous system, soften the face and jaw, and invite a sense of spaciousness and calm.

  • A Customized Herbal Bath
    Prepared specifically for you, the herbal bath supports grounding, balance, and seasonal renewal. Plants are chosen with the Equinox in mind — inviting harmony between inner and outer rhythms, and supporting the body as it shifts toward the vitality of spring.

Together, these modalities offer a nurturing balance of energetic refinement and embodied restoration.

The Arc of the Afternoon

These Therapeutic Sessions are held in the early afternoon and includes a reiki facial and herbal bath session, as well as an oracle reading and light nourishment. The experience unfolds as a focused, intimate arc of care.

Extending the Day

Later that afternoon, Rituel will be hosting a Spring Equinox Gathering at the Nature Refuge in collaboration with Palma Colectiva. Participants of the Therapeutic Day are warmly invited to also book this gathering as a way to extend their experience ~ moving from personal restoration into communal celebration and seasonal attunement.
