Across seven sessions, we move through the full arc of transformation — honoring what is ending, entering the fertile space of reorientation, and integrating what is emerging. This mentorship includes thoughtful preparation between sessions and culminates in an integration ceremony designed to anchor the work and mark the passage with intention.
Each mentorship is meticulously personalized and shaped in response to your lived experience. Our sessions may weave together reflective inquiry, somatic attunement, ritual practice, ecological and symbolic frameworks, and psycho-spiritual guidance. Between sessions, there is thoughtful preparation and integration so that the work continues to metabolize in your daily life.
This container includes an integration ceremony to formally mark the passage and anchor the transformation. For some, this may be an intimate ritual moment; for others, we may co-create a more elaborate ceremonial experience — incorporating meaningful elements, nature-based practices, or invited witnesses — depending on your vision and the threshold being crossed.
Additional sessions or ceremonial components may be added if the scope of the transition calls for expanded support.
