Mother Medicine was born from a shared reverence for the Mother — not only as a personal role, but as one of the most ancient and enduring archetypes in human experience. Across cultures and across time, the Mother has been understood as the great nourisher, the one who tends the living world, the one who holds.
We recognize mothering as a profound life-giving current that takes many forms — whether you mother human children, animal companions, creative work, community, or the land itself. And like the Mother in her fullest embodiment, you are not meant to pour from an empty vessel. Self-care is not peripheral to the work of giving. It is the work. It is medicine.
Mother Medicine unfolds as both shared gathering and deeply personal journey. Each woman moves through her own curated arc of five activations — each tending a different dimension of restoration — while remaining held within the warmth of an intimate circle. Space is woven throughout for journaling, crafting, and unhurried time in the land.

Bathing Rituel with Eve Gaines · A Rituel floral and herbal bath composed with seasonal botanicals drawn from the land and the deep tradition of plant medicine — an invitation to release what you have been carrying, to soften, and to arrive into the experience of being cared for.
Reiki Facial with Meredith Markworth-Pollack · An energetic healing session working through the portal of the skin — attending to the stories, stress, and held tension carried in the face, neck, head, and scalp. Combined with gua sha, dry brushing, and lymphatic massage, this session leaves the skin luminous while offering something deeper: energetic alignment and a sense of being genuinely reinstated in oneself.
Oracle Reading with Giuliana Mottin · A ceremonial space for witnessing and guidance. Working with the Major Arcana of Tarot and Brazilian Gipsy Cards, Giuliana offers the kind of witnessing that restores perspective and deepens trust in one's own becoming.
Biomat + LED Light Session · Time on the Amethyst Crystal Biomat — infrared, grounding, and clearing — combined with LightStim LED Red Light therapy, creating the internal conditions for the body to genuinely rest, repair, and recalibrate.
Seasonal Lunch · Nourishment offered as ceremony — food gathered and prepared with care, shared around the table in the company of women gathered in the same spirit of receiving.
Sound Ceremony with Karen Cardoso · We close, together, with a vibrational immersion that stills the mental field, regulates the nervous system, and draws the arc of the day to its natural completion — leaving each woman integrated, recalibrated, and held in a quality of stillness that is itself a form of homecoming.
